Furthermore, related risks should not be overlooked.<\/p>\n\n<p id=\"ember59\"><em><strong>Implementation Phases<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n<p id=\"ember60\">Three crucial elements of insourcing are people, process, and technology.
